What are your fees? Can I use my insurance?

Groups are a low cost fee of $20 per session, accepted insurance for this services is Blue Shied
of California.
Workshops and Intensives are only out of pocket-cash payment or payment
plans.

Do you provide individual sessions?

I have limited spots available for individual sessions for both cash pay and insurance. Currently I am accepting spots for cash paying (Out of Pocket). Click here to be added to the wait list for insurance spots.

Am I appropriate Candidates for Your Program?.

I specialize in working with women ages 17-80 years of age. Women experiencing Generalized Anxiety, Relationship Anxiety or Social Anxiety, Anxious attachment symptoms and struggling to find balance with work and life.
